Minimal purchase order quantity
Our customers have free choice of how big their orders should be. It’s up to you, but please consider that we basically pack our commodity in 5 and 10 pieces of each sample per parcel respectively and that the parcels can include all different colour combinations.
Order transaction
Each knitted product in our catalogue can be ordered in written form, by telephone, by facsimile or by email respectively. Furthermore we recommend you to visit us at the fair “Styl” in Brno, annually taking place in February, where you can place your orders too. Only at that exhibition you will have the advantage to appraise our complete collection for the forthcoming winter season.
Transportation and payment
The packed goods will be sent by cash on delivery (COD) by the Czech Postal Service. In addition to the price of your order, we are going to charge you the usual mail rate publicized by the Czech Postal Service.
Price reductions
At the annual fair „Styl”, taking place in February, we automatically offer you a rebate of 7% on each order for the oncoming winter season. On all other orders that are submitted until the end of April, we will still award you with a rebate of 5%.
All goods that are ordered between February and April will be sent out and fall due for payment on that day you prefer. If, for example, you make an order in February and chose a delivery in October, you will be granted a rebate of 7%.
